Screppellitte

Ingrediants:

• 350 gr. flower flour  “0”
• 200 ml. of whole cow's milk
• 4 tablespoons of brown sugar
• ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
 
Method
Make a fairly thick flour and water batter.
Grease a non-stick pan with absorbent paper and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, heat it on the stove. Take two tablespoons of batter and place them in a circle in the pan; cook on both sides for a couple of minutes. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar with half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Serve the scrippelletti hot.
