Ingredients:
• 3 whole eggs
• 200 gr. of honey of a thousand flowers
• 100 gr. of seed oil
• 200 gr. of corn flour
• 500 gr. of "0" flower flour
• 200 ml of whole cow's milk
• 15 gr. of ammonia for sweets
• 1 glass of mistrà
• 1 grated rind of a lemon
Method
Grate the lemon peel and add it to the honey together with the aniseed liqueur, add the whole eggs and mix well; add the milk, flour and oil finally the ammonia and mix well. With the help of a pinch of flour, roll out the dough and cut it into lozenges or of the preferred shape. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush the surface of the biscuits with a drop of milk and sprinkle with granulated sugar (colored sprinkles to taste). Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes. Store in a tin box.
